Founder and Angel Investor

Allison Esposito Medina is the Founder and CEO of Tech Ladies, a community of 100,000 members that connects women with the best opportunities in tech, and connects companies with the best women tech-makers. She’s also an angel investor and advisor to startups.

Her work with Tech Ladies has been featured in CNBC, Forbes, The New York Times, Fortune, Inc., The Observer, and more.

Prior to starting Tech Ladies, Allison was a Content Manager for Google. Before that, she was the Marketing Manager at a startup that was acquired by Google. She started her career in tech at Foursquare, working across the product and marketing teams.

Allison has written a report for the United Nations about the gender digital divide and represented Tech Ladies at the United Nations to advocate for equal pay.

She lives in New York City.
